A negative-strand linear single-strand RNA virus with an 8 segment genome. Virions are enveloped and usually spherical or pleomorphic, 50-120 nm in diameter. This blot was produced using a 7.5% SDS-PAGE. Nitrocellulose membrane was then blocked for an hour before being incubated with IRV007 overnight at 4°C.
