IRALP4502-01 Rabbit Anti-Alpaca VHH Antibody, HRP Conjugated WB image
Various antibodies, including alpaca VHH, alpaca IgG, rabbit IgG, mouse IgG and chicken IgY were immobilized on membranes and probed with HRP-conjugated rabbit anti-VHH antibody (IRALP4502-01) at a 1:10,000 dilution. Signals were visualized using enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL).

Purified X proteins, expressed either in mammalian cells or E. coli, were immobilized on membranes and probed with alpaca-derived anti-X protein VHH antibodies. Bound VHHs were subsequently detected using HRP-conjugated rabbit anti-VHH antibody (IRALP4502-01) at a 1:10,000 dilution, and signals were visualized by enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL).
