This blot was produced using a 12% SDS-PAGE. The Nitrocellulose membrane was then blocked for an hour before being incubated with IRAP371-9 overnight at 4°C.
Anti-Mesothelin / MSLN VHH at 1/1000 dilution.
Lysates at 40 μg per lane.

Condition: Without fixation then Blocking with 2% BSA-PBS.
Add 1 μg of VHH to each sample and incubate at room temperature for 1 hour
Secondary antibody: Rabbit Anti-Alpaca VHH Antibody, FITC Conjugated (Catalog IRALP4502-02).
Perform FACS analysis using FL1.
